Red squirrels – lucky you
Sue, I would be absolutely thrilled if Red Squirrels were seen in/near my garden, but alas no đ
We picked these cones in Woodland further north and east of us after seeing Beavers in private ponds back in May 2012. The owner pointed out the neat piles of nibbled cones at the base of the large pine trees – ever since I've kept a lookout for them when in woodlands. I wonder if Greys eat them like this too?
